After a splurge as a millwright, then brushing with decorative arts as a journalist-reporter travelling the length and breadth of the Limousin region, Alain DUPASQUIER wanted to put his skills, aspirations and regional know-how to use.

So the artist began working with these chestnut wood enthusiasts: a unique culture that unites creativity and sustainable development.

Using the natural resources of the region, participating in its development, helping to improve knowledge regarding chestnut wood... an ecologically and economically viable wood, that when young yields in any direction and when old, is eternal!

His goal: to create a relaxation area, with matching table and chairs (for outside or inside), garden furniture, shelves with flowerpots, sideboard, coffee table with chairs or stools, etc.

His method: a fabrication technique with different materials and quality assembling.
