From the material, his source of inspiration, come creations characterised by the roundness of their shapes.
In his hand, tools reveal the shadows, lights and contrasts of the shapes and characters that take form.
His creations reveal his innermost thoughts: humanity is discovered from the original, primitive centre of its time spiral to the very edges, taking flight towards the universality of its journeys.
These sculptures are made from Saint Quentin marble (he lives in Isère), taken from a quarry dating back to the coralline facies of the Upper Jurassic period, some 140 million years ago.
