Who are we ?

This project was developed by Claude MAHIER, founder of "TERRITORIAL", the leading publisher and trade journal editor for local governments (turnover: 12 million euros, 5 websites including "territorial.fr" with some 500 000 visitors per month (OJD figures), 60 permanent employees and 200 reporters throughout France.
